This after lunch caffe followed a yummy insalata anacapri - like salad nicoise but different. The cafe was full of people, color, noise, waiters in fancy uniforms. In other words, very Italian. We saw the heart of ancient Rome today: Colosseum, Forum, Pantheon & much more. Our tour guides Daniela & Francesca (yes, Joan the same one) are wonderful. The AM weather was sunny & cold. I hope there will be some nice photos. More tomorrow when we visit Ostia Antica & the Appian Way.
