Hotel's message of consolation

I emailed yesterday to say we had missed our connection & would arrive very late. Received the following about a minute later:

"We are profoundly sorry for such a mishap. However, our Front office is 24 hours operational and we look forward to recieving you.".

A bed never looked so good.
