Thank you all for your emails, they are much appreciated! Here is a toast from our Christmas dinner table. (All these photos are from my cell phone camera - I was not tipsy.) We had the famous artichoke appetizer & deepfried zucchini flowers for antipasto, baccalao (salt cod Roman style) for secondi & chestnut cheesecake for dessert, which was totally unlike our cheesecake & deliziozo! Lots more walking & no rain as was forecast. Tour starts tomorrow afternoon.
